A wellness pursuit at Mirra, Degham took shape during the ongoing pandemic and has led to weekend fitness sessions for our teens and young adults.

Open to all those who are interested above 8 years of age, the sessions aim at imparting aerobics, breathing exercises and active stretching, thereby addressing the physical dimension of the wellness continuum.

Devised and conducted by our physical therapist and Head of Therapy, Durga Aravind, who is keen to bridge the typical and atypical manifestations, the program provides an opportunity for the participants to be in a group setting and on an online platform right from the comfort of their homes. Definitely a reason to thank the pandemic for shaking our inertia and piquing our interest.
